I love Kris' work on cyanide and hapiness.
I think your scratchy style came out rather nicely. People tend to get carried away with that effect, and it looks more like random scribblings. DAvid Firth is the master at the effect.

kinda picture a short little scene were hes being friends with the toaster and toast or something like that
